Just a few minutes ago, I decided to launch this here blog. BUT I'm not a blogger. Matter of fact, I feel like I'm anything but. You see, back about 3 years ago, I tried the whole blogging thing, and it fizzled! I had nothing really to write about! So here I am, wanting to be like Jonah and run from what God is calling me to do. But, I'd rather not end up in the belly of a whale, so I put on my big girl boots and did what I was told.
Here is the funny part though, The bible app on my phone, and/or my phone hasn't been working well lately and I've not been getting my verse of the day notifications. BUT what to my eyes should appear as soon as I launched The Purposeful Momma? Oh yes, my verse of the day. Which says "He saved us, and called us to a holy life, not because of anything we have done, but because of His own purpose and grace. This grace was given to us before the beginning of time" 2 Timothy 1:9
Seriously?!?! Oh sometimes He knows just what to say!
He is diligent, deliberate, purposeful! Every step is I take is known, before I've taken it. Every word I speak is know BEFORE I've spoken it. God is amazing, and the fact he has placed me here... well that just blows me away!
